taking a moment to capture contentment and joy in every day life

These are all from our Saturday outing.
We went for a hike, then walked around a town we hadn't been to before.

There was so much happy this THIS story I shared at Compassion Family

or how we became the owners of three Coulter pine the story HERE.

and this....I love the hour after we get home from the library. The girls just sit and read.

These pinecones are big as my daughter's head.

She's growing up one lost tooth at a time.

All the leaves on the trees are gone and we have lost our privacy. Although we live in a neighborhood, for 6 months of the year, we have a very private yard. But now we are in the other 6 months and I feel very exposed to the rest of the neighborhood. This is why I want to move.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

  1. Hi! Nice pictures! My two kids are readers too, I get the same view when we come back home from visiting the library.
