I have homeschool clutter, library book clutter, dinner prep clutter, violin clutter, etc.
Apparently I have a hard time putting things away where they belong.
I'm beginning to realize that clutter is like a weed. It needs constant attention. If you let up, even for one day, it multiplies and begins choking what is around.
I'm off to "weed my garden" (put away my clutter).
Totally identify with you!
ReplyDeleteI like to think of "picking up" and "clutter" as two different things. Delusional? Probably! What I do know is that having less makes my "messes" a lot smaller! Instead of needing a weekend to pick up after myself, twenty minutes is usually enough now. :) Hmmm. I'm looking at the computer desk garden that I need to weed right now!
