September in Review

What a month!!
The biggest event of September happened on September 1st when we moved to Hood River. 




Here are some highlights...

I joined the community orchestra

we started another year of homeschooling

we harvested grapes and made grape juice

we also made apple cider




I ran 20 miles - finding new routes in my neighborhood

we went on multiple dates downtown




we got library cards at our new library

I read 10 books

    You MADE apple cider? Wow! That's awesome. Not quite sure where Hood River is, but it sounds like it might be near my son - he lives in Corvallis.

      Hood River is an hour east of Portland - down through the Columbia River Gorge. The cider was/is delicious! And pretty easy to make with the right tools. We have an apple crusher and a cider press.
