JULY WAS FULL OF GOOD TIMES!

mom/grandma's visit



4th of July party


new outreach opportunity....
working with new refugee family from Congo 
(although they lived in a refugee camp in Tanzania for 20 years)





lots and lots of library visits with my girl
(she's trying to visit all 20 in our county this summer)



LOTS OF LOCAL GIGS....
Troutdale Barn Concert / Troutdale parade
Gresham Arts Festival / Gresham Farmer's Market
Hood River Farmer's Market


oldest daughter volunteered at a VBS





Jill and youngest daughter attended a 3 day homeschool practicum


Kevin and Jill celebrated 21st anniversary



hosted three large BBQ gatherings in our backyard
(friends, co-workers and church community group)

youngest daughter attended VBS and also spent a lot of time making slime




we discovered $1 Waffle Cone Wednesday





We played tourist in our own town

  2. The slime looks like so much fun! It's a good thing to look around in your own town. You don't often notice the things that a visitor would. I love the church in the crystal ball!

  3. Looks lovely! Congrats on your wedding anniversary! So...I think I've heard rumors about waffle cone Wednesday but now I can't pretend not to know anymore. We might have to visit. ;) Glad you are having a fun-filled month! It was great to hear your family play at the Farmer's Market!
