This past Friday my husband had the day off and we turned it into a big Field Trip day. It was so good to spend time as a family, doing things we don't normally do. We went for donuts and coffee, went to a Forestry museum we'd never been to, then took a random (quick) trip to the zoo. We ended our day with a tour of a local chocolate factory (small, family owned).

ReplyDeleteExcellent images, Jill! Nice to take a day off and do something different, eh! I forgot that cocoa is a bean:) And the red mushroom is so beautiful! I have never seen one in real life! Many thanks for sharing your experiences with SEASONS!
ReplyDeleteWonder is something major happened in the time you didn't link, and hope you are okay now? Have a happy week:)
Sounds like a great time for everybody! It's always nice to do things as a family.
ReplyDeleteSounds like a wonderful day! I would be in such heaven in the chocolate factory. BTW the photo of the mushroom....the top reminds me of the "top" of a Hamburger bun! Great captures. ~Lisa
