Black and White Wednesday
I've been wanting to capture this shot for quite a while now, and earlier this week I had the chance. I love the perspective of this crazy, curvy road from this lookout and love it even more in black and white.
Looks great in BW. I looked up a google map of KahNeeTa to see if I was remembering, and there is a road that loops around like that near the resort...not quite as hair-pin of a turn!! Thanks for linking up!
No wonder you wanted to get this shot. It is amazing. I would be tempted myself to go back when wildflowers are in bloom and again when the fall foliage is at its peak.
Fantastic shot ~ wonderful perspective and composition!
ReplyDeleteHappy Week to you,

When zoomed , many details can be seen, shadows and interesting color gradations in B / W.
ReplyDeleteAn impressive photo.
Greetings from germany
Wonderful shot, it really is quite beautiful in its curvy way.
ReplyDeleteA perfect curve and it looks great in b/w.
ReplyDeleteAh yes, I love this road up to Rowena Crest. Go back in a month and the place will be full of wildflowers.

ReplyDeleteI understand you need to gear up for a shot like this, because you have to be much higher to take the pic...well done ...a perfect loop!
