Mountains, Hills and Trees

You will go out in joy
and be led forth in peace;
the mountains and the hills
will burst into song before you,

and all the trees of the field
will clap their hands.

    1. Yes, we are Compassion sponsers - have a young man in Uganda. Praying that we will not have to stop sponsoring when we transition to full time mission placement in Malawi

    2. When I just saw your comments on my blog, re: Oregon and Lake Superior, I was overwhelmed with the similarity. Then when I checked you out and saw that you had been in Marquette, MI, I was overwhelmed again. Dave and I have been up there twice. We are at the North Shore about once a year, b/c we both love the Lake, the hills, the rivers. Since I was born and raised in the NW, but left most of the time since I was 23...and now am 68... I go out there about once a year in the past 20, but we were missionaries in Uganda, go out and about to serve the Lord other places, and have lived in Omaha most of the time for about 35 years. Anyhow, sorry to yammer so long, but you grabbed me. AND, I'll be out in Portland/Clatskanie area the last portion of April, and in Tacoma area the first portion of May. But, this time, instead of driving in and out, the Lord told me to take a plane, so, as much as I don't like to, I'm sure it's for a reason. IF I knew where you are in Portland, I'd try to connect. AND, as you can see on my blog, I'm a real Mount Rainier lover...and have been since I was a kid...and also love Mount Hood, Mt. Adams. If I could have emailed you, I'd have put less of this yammery on you, but at least now I know we have a lot in common, even though I'm probably quite a bit older than you are. Bless you. And hope to see more of you photos/posts. Hit Deidra or Sandra any time and I'll look. Again, bless you...

  9. When I take walks now, I don't see the trees as just sticks - but as part of his creation praising Him - praise all around me for our mighty God and it pulls me straight to Him! Stunning photos!
