Photo Treasure Hunt ~ Yellow

I'm trying not to be discouraged that exactly no one has linked up to our photo treasure hunt the past two weeks. Please join us - it's fun and I want to see what others come up with.

This week's color was yellow and it was fun hunting for yellow treasures. So much fun.

I'll start off with a couple photos I've saved from earlier this spring and summer and then post the photos I found this week. I tried to stretch myself beyond nature photography and found several yellow treasures around my home. I even tried my "yellow only" setting on my camera for some fun shots.

Now it's your turn....

The rules are simple.
  1. Link up by entering the URL to your blog post (make sure it's a link to the actual blog post and not just your blog).
  2. Be sure to link back to either Yvonne or myself and tell others you are doing so. Feel free to grab our button code.
  3. Set aside some time to visit the other participants and leave some comment love.
  4. Take note of the next week's theme and start collecting more photos.
I should also mention that we reserve the right to remove anyone's submission if it fails to meet the link-up requirements or is inappropriate.

Next week's theme...RED
I'll leave with you with a transition photo - yellow and red - Lego creation by my daughter

  1. Love the sunflowers! And again, I love your transition photo, such a great idea! Let us not be discouraged, I am having fun with it and so glad we are working on it together :)

  2. These are so beautiful. I really want to do this... next week RED!! Fantastic idea... and yes do not be discouraged :-).

    1. I get discouraged easily : ) It's amazing I'm still blogging because the lack of comments makes me think no one is reading. I know some people who post and within 30 minutes have 10 comments - and they have as many readers as I do. I just don't have a "talkative" readership I guess.

  3. This seems fun...I used the camera this week and have some neat pictures for red. :)
I am a faithful reader. Now I feel guilty that I don't comment more often... I do make an effort to comment when I have read and enjoyed blogs, but tend to skip it more often when I don't actually know the person blogging.

    1. Nelleke,...thank you for reading. I appreciate you taking the time to comment - it is encouraging. I look forward to seeing your red pictures. : )
