One Beautiful Thing ~ Neighbors

Since moving into our house almost two years ago, we've been blessed with some pretty good neighbors. We are the the only young family in our immediate area, as we are surrounded by retired folks. It's taken a while to get to know one another, but with kids as cute as ours, the neighbors simply can't resist us : )

We share yard tools, backyards, docks, cookies, music, etc.

This week brought two beautiful surprises from two different neighbors. The first was a bunch of fresh, local strawberries.

The second was a boat ride invitation. As we were walking by our newest neighbors who live right on the lake, they were just taking off in their pontoon boat. They quickly grabbed a couple smaller life jackets for the girls and we were off for an evening on the lake.

It's a beautiful thing to have and to be good neighbors.
