We were blessed to be joined by friends from church, whose very presence made the hike easier for our girls.
We were blessed by spectacular views to the east and west.
And although we were about a month too early for the spectacular wildflower display, we were blessed by seeing some of the smaller, more delicate species.
I am grateful for the area in which we live ~ full of adventurous terrain just waiting to be explored. When I spend full days out in nature I feel so refreshed and recharged, even if it leaves my muscles a little sore.
What adventures did you have this weekend?
Beautiful area to hike! The first photo reminds me of the scenery from The Sound of Music.
