I haven't been writing much about pursuing a life with less lately, but we are still on that track. I've been pouring a lot of time and energy into a newer blog I started, Compassion Family, which focuses on child sponsorship through Compassion International. My involvement with Compassion plays a big role in my desire to live a life that takes less for ourselves and gives more to others.
Anyway, our weekend adventures continue and today's hike was fantastic. We had fantastic views of Mt. Adams (in Washington), Mt. Hood (in Oregon) and the Columbia River Gorge.
The weather was spectacular and we had the added bonus of having some fellow church members join us.
