Over the weekend I finally made a decision I've been needing to make for quite some time now. I've decided to stop posting on two of my three blogs.
Why? I'm glad you asked.
Although it doesn't take hours each day to post to my blogs, it does take time and I'm wanting to create more space and time for other things in my life (violin, Compassion, my family). I'm tired of thinking about what to write and then checking to see if anyone commented. I'm tired of saying so much. I just want to do and be.
I won't close this down just yet, I just won't be posting here anymore. I will keep posting to our family blog, which is private. If you want an invitation to read that blog, just let me know.
If you read even one post here, thanks! There are many people who write on this subject with way more knowledge, so I'm hoping you'll read their blogs. Some of my favorites are in the side column.
Jill, I can't remember the address for your private blog. Do I have access? I meant to put it in my reader but I don't think that I ever did. I would love to keep following you, if you don't mind!

ReplyDeleteBut, I understand the need to focus and prioritize and what you're doing on Thankful is probably much more important for you.
