Playing Tourist

We recently took advantage of some free passes and went to check out the Columbia Gorge Interpretive Center nearby. We have driven by this place many times in the past 7 years, but never taken the time to go in. It was fascinating to read about the local history of this place we love so much.

It was a rare sunny day and the clouds were beautiful. I really liked the way they played off the glass structure of this building.

My favorite part was the Court of Cedars which is located on the outside of the building.

  7. Oh my, I love the cloud reflections in the windows! This looks like an amazing place to spend a day. Equally amazing are the tree carvings by a 90 year old man!! What a beautiful legacy. Thank you for sharing.
