We've had some pretty nice sunsets lately.
It's been rain, rain and more rain and my backyard looks like a swamp.
I was pleasantly surprised to find these primroses blooming in my garden.
I'm surprised they survived the ice storms and snow we had this winter.
It always makes me so happy to see the first bulbs pushing up through the ground.
And my ivy is growing and spreading!
my Lenten Rose is blooming...
and the crocuses are blooming...
and last, but not least, the camelias are in bloom!
Signs of spring! Can't wait to see it all in bloom in April!
ReplyDeletethat must mean you are coming out here...
DeletePrimroses are such an amazing color. Almost takes your breath away.
ReplyDeletethey really are...and they seem to be very hardy! I planted these almost a year ago and they survived summer, survived being moved from the front yard to the backyard and survived 3 ice storms and snow.
DeleteBelieve it or not, this almost sounds like it could be my garden. Camellias here are still blooming. For some reason my Lenten rose is not blooming yet...
ReplyDeleteI have one Lenten rose that is not yet blooming. And many camellias bloomed in November and then went through 3 ice storms so they aren't as glorious as usual.
DeleteThese are just lovely images! Beautiful!
ReplyDeleteSo many blooms and so much life! Wonderful.
