Life is Full

taking a moment to find joy in the little things

{pretty}
My morning glories have taken over the sunflowers and are just beautiful. I have many blooms in four different colors...white, deep purple, pink and blue. They are a bit invasive, though, and they've gone through the fence into my neighbor's yard. I told him he could pull them out, but he said he didn't mind.

{happy}
Last week we went to homeschool days at Philip Foster farm. It was a step back in time and the girls seemed to enjoy it. They have asked several times if we can go back. I was fascinated by this beautiful, old piano found in the house.

{funny}
This sign on the bathroom made me giggle...comfort ye, comfort ye...

{real}
I haven't been blogging much...I'm really trying to use my time wisely. My life is full and I don't want it to become busy, so often I choose to read or play my violin over blogging. We have a birthday coming up. Our church finally got it's occupancy permit for our new building, so we'll be helping with the final move from our current location to our new location. We had a musical gig this past week and four more coming up between now and Thanksgiving. See....my life is full.

  3. I wanted to plant morning glories along a fence once but it turns out they are poisonous and my fence neighbor did day care. So, we planted grape vines instead and I am enjoying your morning glories.

  6. I would choose violin playing over blogging! How long have you played that instrument?

  7. Sounds like a lovely, wisely spent week. We are definitely in the same boat. We've hit a stage where my kids require more of my energy than less. It's a juggling game trying to do it all and blogging has had to take a backseat for me as well. It's just that season.
