We still have so many flowers blooming, offering plenty of beauty on my walks. And the sunsets have been stunning!

I also smile when I see frogs still hanging around my garden. Usually they hop away, but sometimes they let me take their photo.

Over the weekend my husband led a worship/prayer service in the new sanctuary at our new property. We still have quite a bit of work to do on the building until its ready, but it's fun to meet there and start using it. We rarely play together, but I joined him and played viola.

This is our local swim beach - down several feet of water due to no rain and too much sun. If you walk all the way to the rope, it comes up to your knees. Those fountains are supposed to just bubbles...not fountains!

The reason we've had such cool sunsets is actually rather sad. There has been a nearby forest fire that (last I heard) has burnt through 4,000 acres. Sometimes the smoke is eerie...like the other night when it was like a blanket above Mt. Hood. Made for a cool photo, though.
