The Rock

You will keep in perfect peace
him whose mind is steadfast,
because he trusts in you.
Trust in the LORD forever,
For the LORD, the LORD, is the Rock eternal.
~ Isaiah 26:3-4

    1. This is Beacon Rock in Washington. It sits along the Columbia River that flows between Oregon and Washington.

  4. I wondered if it was the Beacon Rock!! Wow! When driving out and about in that range of the NW when visiting out there again and again, since I was born in Portland, raised mostly in the Tacoma area, AND was at the Klickitat town from '60 to '63 when I graduation, and we saw Beacon Rock or went there with a group of the class. You just grabbed me. I'll be out in the NW again in part of April and May. The Lord laid that on me recently and I just made the airplane issues...usually I drive, but the Lord laid this on me this way. [I live in Omaha, so driving is in the several thousand miles range going back and forth; I've been there nearly every year for about 20 years, and usually driving.] Anyhow, you just grabbed my heart! I saw the rock, and I'm a "rocky" person, and knew it had to be around the Columbia River, but when I saw this comment you just put, I broke into laughter. You did a great, great photo. And the Word, of course. Oh, you grabbed me!!!!
