{p,h,f,r} and Life Through the Lens

taking a moment to capture contentment and joy in every day life

{pretty}
These are probably the past of my leaf photos for this year. A simple walk to our local park brings so much beauty and fun surprises.

Picked up the pine cones and sticks as a way to bring nature in my home this week.

{happy}
We had extra feet in our house this week and on our walks. Grandma and Grandpa came to visit!

We also got to give an informal concert to some kindergarten and first graders at the local elementary school. My homeschooled girls find schools fascinating!

{funny}
On our above mentioned walk to the park, we got wet. At first it wasn't so bad, but the rain came down harder and harder and finally we had to take refuge under this tree while we waited for Grandpa to pick us up. As soon as we got home, the rain stopped.

{real}
Speaking of rain...I'm afraid this is what the next five months will look like for us.

  6. Thank you, everyone! Sadly, the fungi are gone...I went back this morning to get more shots of it and someone hacked them all off! But then I found some in my own yard - not quite as pretty, but still camera worthy.
