Our family just got back from a 5 mile hike....we hike most weekends and it has become a way for us to step out of our normal schedules and rejuvenate. It's a wonderful opportunity to spend time together - walking and talking. It's also a wonderful opportunity for me to clear my mind.
Ugh. So jealous of your scenery!
ReplyDeleteI'm with you Jessica. Just breathtaking :-)
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely gorgeous. It makes me miss the hills of Arkansas. It must be chilly though. Do you go on snow hikes too?
ReplyDeleteHi Jill,
ReplyDeleteI popped over from rethinkingthedream. Boot Camp sounds like a great method! I'll go check out the book.
Willow...it's a great book. It has really helped me focus my decluttering and take it to a new level.
ReplyDeleteIt's been mild here recently - in the high 40s, low 50s. We live in a beautiful area and are fortunate to call this wilderness our "backyard". We are minutes away from a river gorge and an hour from the mountains - so yes, we do go on snow hikes too. Next weekend I get to try my first "mountaineering climb" - complete with cramp ons and an ice axe!
