I don't get as excited about the bees - I definitely don't grab them. I'm grateful for what they do - without them I wouldn't have any fruit or veggies to harvest!
Our resident sparrows are growing up. I saw one of the parents feeding one of the babies this week!
Our newest bird feeder attaches to our front window. It took a couple weeks for the birds to find it, or get brave enough to land on it, but now they feed here daily. It's fun to be able to see them a little more closely.
As long as we keep the feeder full, the humming birds are frequent visitors. My 13 yr old daughter took this photo.
That frog looks like it ought to be wearing a top hat and sporting a cane. lol, very cool shot! All of the photos are, including your daughter's. I love that bird feeding its baby, so sweet.
ReplyDeleteTell your daughter, she's an awesome photographer! Wow, what will she be when i her twenties! The frog is cute trying to balance on two petals of the gorgeous flower. So much life in your garden. The birds are too cute! Many thanks for updating us at All seasons on your garden, Jesh

ReplyDeleteI've only seen a green tree frog up at the cabin once. It was resting in a large leaf on my zucchini plant. - Margy
