Maybe she'd like to get a small handful of the photos you're choosing not to keep? I bet they'd mean a lot to her.

Cheers,
TanjaTanja from Minimalist Packrathttp://www.minimalistpackrat.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6602022414393987181.post-5878006422789183522011-02-10T15:36:57.422-08:002011-02-10T15:36:57.422-08:00The photos I have in the picture are just ones of ...The photos I have in the picture are just ones of me and my one set of grandparents - and those are the pictures not in the albums. I loved looking at all of them, but I will treasure the ones I kept even more. My grandpa passed away 10 years ago and we were good buddies. My grandma is still alive and is 95 - I'm going home to see her in April and can't wait!Jill Foleyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15919221814694982320noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6602022414393987181.post-72729871462279280332011-02-10T13:06:15.262-08:002011-02-10T13:06:15.262-08:00Those little sweaters look handmade. I get so overwhelmed looking at mine that I just ignore them. I do have a goal to finally and completely finish the photo project (culling, digitalizing) in 2011. Spring break? Summer vacation? You've given me incentive.Willowhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02912030095491960175noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6602022414393987181.post-68465432142616667742011-02-09T20:22:59.169-08:002011-02-09T20:22:59.169-08:00Yay Jessica!Yay Jessica!Jill Foleyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15919221814694982320noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6602022414393987181.post-50689464972010688752011-02-09T18:13:52.517-08:002011-02-09T18:13:52.517-08:00You'd be so proud of me! You DO NOT want to see a before picture) Almost everything in it went to the Salvation Army, and then I bought some cheap shelves to go in the bottom to organize my table clothes, place mats, mittens, gloves hats, cloth napkins, etc. It made me so happy!!!Jessicahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03902269757236342287noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6602022414393987181.post-66499036366801146122011-02-09T14:27:18.411-08:002011-02-09T14:27:18.411-08:00Those little sweaters are adorable!

It's been fun, although she had to resort to a glass of red wine to get through the first big purge. (I abstained, I'm not much of a drinker.)

It's interesting to see all of your grandparent photos laid out like that on the table. It's funny when everything is spread out in front you can really see how many you have. Photos is a big project. Good to see you're making forward movement on it! Now I'm going to make my friend come look at your photo before and after shot.

Cheers,
TanjaTanja from Minimalist Packrathttp://www.minimalistpackrat.comnoreply@blogger.com
